Datasensing UHZ/CP-0A Sensors

The Datasensing UHZ/CP-0A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust plastic housing with IP67 protection, these sensors are safeguarded against electric damages and environmental factors. The ultrasonic sensor operates with a nominal sensing distance of 300mm and a beam angle of ± 8°, ensuring accurate detection without the need for sensitivity adjustment. With a function principle of Emitter + Receiver, the sensor provides a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function. The UHZ/CP-0A boasts a high switching frequency of 500Hz and a rapid response time of 1ms, making it ideal for fast-paced environments. It operates within a voltage range of 19 - 30Vdc, supporting a load current of 40mA while maintaining a low leakage current of less than 10µA. The output voltage drop is minimal at less than 2.5V, and the sensor can handle a maximum ripple content of 10%. Equipped with a yellow LED indicator, the sensor provides clear visual feedback for output activity or incorrect alignment. It includes essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Constructed with a PBTP housing and a ceramic active head, the sensor is built to withstand operating temperatures from -15°C to +60°C and storage temperatures from -25°C to +75°C.
