The Datasensing UK1A/GN-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature an M18 housing made from durable stainless steel AISI 316L, ensuring robust performance even in challenging environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a beam angle of 10° ± 2°, they offer accurate detection through diffuse reflection. The sensors are equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an adjustable hysteresis function, making them versatile for different operational needs.
The UK1A/GN-1ESY models come with digital programmable outputs and options for current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility in integration. The multifunction LED indicator assists in output type identification, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, while also indicating reverse analog output slope. These sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring long-term reliability.
Operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, the sensors have a low no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current capacity of 100mA. They are designed to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE cULus approvals and IEC 60947-5-2 EMC compatibility standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh industrial settings.
