The Datasensing UK1D/G4-1ASY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a 4-20 mA output with NPN NO/NC configurations, suitable for a wide range of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a minimum sensing distance of 150mm, they provide accurate detection within a 150-1600 mm range. The sensors are equipped with a teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and a multifunction LED indicator for output type, adjustment procedure, and NO/NC selection.
Constructed with AISI316L stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection and compliance with CE and cULus standards. The sensors feature adjustable hysteresis, thermal compensation, and a diffuse reflection function principle, ensuring consistent performance with a thermal drift of Sr at ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%.
With a beam angle of 15° ± 2°, a resolution of ?3mm, and a linearity error of 1%, these sensors deliver precise measurements. They operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety.
The UK1D/G4-1ASY Sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers. With a transducer frequency of 230kHz and a switching frequency of 3Hz, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring fast response times, with a time delay before availability of ?300ms. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, they are suitable for various industrial environments.
