The Datasensing UK1F/G7-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a versatile 0-10 V+ PNP NO/NC output, with a sensing range of 200-2200 mm. The M12 connection and teach-in button make setup quick and easy, while the durable plastic housing ensures long-lasting performance. These sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and offer both current and voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, allowing for fast deployment across all models. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, as well as reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 2200mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors deliver high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle, with a beam angle of 14° ± 2°, and offer a switching frequency of 2Hz with a response time of 500ms. Operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, they consume a no-load supply current of ?50mA and support a load current of 100mA. Built with safety in mind, the sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are housed in a robust PBT material, with an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring they withstand harsh environments. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, these sensors are ready for immediate installation. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -35°C to +80°C, they are designed to perform in a variety of conditions without freezing.
