Datasensing UK6C/H1-0AUL Sensors

The Datasensing UK6C/H1-0AUL Sensors are advanced M18 diffuse reflection sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 800mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle of 8° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm make them ideal for various applications. The sensors feature a teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and have a hysteresis of 1%. They are equipped with thermal compensation and have a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 60mm. The linearity error is maintained at 1%, and the output type is 0...10V, suitable for diverse output functions. These sensors operate with a switching frequency of 5Hz and a response time of 500ms, powered by an operating voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc. They consume a no-load supply current of ?35mA at 30V and support a load current of 100mA. The leakage current is minimal at 10?A at 30Vcc, and the output voltage drop is capped at 2.2Vmax. at IL=100 mA. The sensors are designed to handle a maximum ripple content of 5% and feature LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for echo and yellow for output. Built with a robust PBT housing, these sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. They come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are supplied with 2 nuts M18x1 and 2 washers Ø 18 for secure installation. They are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -35°C to +80°C without freeze, these sensors are versatile and reliable for various industrial applications.
