The Datasensing UK6D/HP-0EUL Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M18 housing, these sensors offer both digital and analogue outputs, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 1200mm and a minimum sensing distance of 80mm, they provide accurate detection with a thermal drift of Sr ?2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The sensors boast a beam angle of 8° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm, ensuring precise measurements. Sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the teach-in button, and the sensors include thermal compensation for consistent performance across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
The UK6D/HP-0EUL Sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?35mA at 30V. They support a load current of 100mA and have a leakage current of 10?A at 30Vcc. The output voltage drop is a maximum of 2.2V at a load current of 100mA. Designed with safety in mind, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for echo and yellow for output.
Constructed with a durable PBT housing, the sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring they are dust-tight and water-resistant. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. With a transducer frequency of 200kHz and a switching frequency of 5Hz, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high precision and reliability.
