The Datasensing VM2/C0-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M12 unshielded NC cable with a 2-meter length, these sensors are ideal for various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, they are perfect for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.60), and stainless steel (0.80), ensuring versatile use across different environments. Engineered with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, these sensors provide consistent performance. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and they feature a TRIAC output type with an NC output function. Operating at a switching frequency of 25Hz, they support a wide operating voltage range of 20 to 250Vac at 50 to 60Hz, with a load current capacity of 5 to 300mA and a leakage current of ? 1mA RMS max. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 200ms. They can handle an inrush current of 7A with a Ton of 10ms. Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head material, they are designed for unshielded mounting and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. With IP67 protection, they are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh environments. The sensors come with 2 nuts M12x1 for easy installation and are CE UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
