The Dynapar G0541028 (AD36/0017AF.0RBIB) is a shafted incremental optical rotary encoder from the AD36 series, designed for high-performance position and speed feedback in industrial applications. It features 17 PPR resolution with two-channel quadrature (A/B) outputs, optional index (Z), and complementary signals, providing ±7.5 arc-min accuracy using a metal code disk. Electrical specifications include 5-26 VDC input at 80 mA max, open collector or push-pull outputs rated to 40 mA, and 100 kHz frequency response; mechanical ratings support 10 mm, 1/4", or 3/8" stainless steel shafts with 80 lbs radial/axial loading, up to 10,000 RPM, and environmental resilience to 50G shock, 20G vibration, 0 to +70°C operation, and 98% humidity.
