The Dynapar G0541516 (AD36/1212EF.0CSC0) is a shafted incremental optical encoder from the AD36 series, delivering two-channel quadrature (A/B) output with optional index (Z) pulse for precise speed and direction feedback in industrial applications. It supports resolutions up to 2540 PPR with accuracy of ±7.5 arc-min for metal disk (?1024 PPR) or ±2.5 arc-min for glass disk (?1024 PPR), quadrature phasing of 90° ±22.5° electrical, and frequency response to 100 kHz min. Mechanical specifications include 10mm, 1/4", or 3/8" stainless steel shaft options, dual-row bearing design with shaft loading up to 80 lbs radial/axial (?1024 PPR), max shaft speed of 10,000 RPM (?1024 PPR), NEMA 12/IP54 enclosure (upgradable to NEMA 4/IP66 with seal), and operation from 0 to +70°C standard (extended to +85°C).
