The Dynapar G0541506 (AD36/1219AF.0RBC0) is a configurable incremental optical rotary encoder from the H20 series, providing quadrature squarewave outputs with 90° ± 22.5° electrical phasing and optional index pulse (180° ± 18° electrical, gated with B low). It features a stainless steel shaft (10mm, 1/4", or 3/8" sizes), aluminum housing, dual-row bearing design, and resolutions supporting up to 10,000 RPM (?1024 PPR) or 5,000 RPM (>1024 PPR), with shaft loading up to 80 lbs radial/axial (?1024 PPR). Operating temperature ranges from 0 to +70°C standard (extendable to +85°C), with NEMA 12/IP54 enclosure (upgradable to NEMA 4/IP66 with shaft seal and sealed cable options); electrical outputs include 7272 or 4469 differential line drivers (40-100 mA sink/source) at 100 kHz frequency response, tested to EN61326-1 noise immunity, and environmental ratings of 50G shock and 20G vibration.
