The Dynapar G1531236 AI25 hub mount tether is a mechanical mounting accessory designed for AI25 series absolute encoders, enabling secure hub-shaft installation with a tether flange (63mm bolt circle). It accommodates hub shaft diameters of 9.52mm to 14mm, supports axial endplay up to ±1.5mm and radial endplay up to ±0.2mm (with spring tether tolerance of axial ±0.5mm, radial ±0.05mm), and handles shaft loads of 40N axial / 80N radial. This configuration suits high-speed applications up to 10,000 RPM continuous (12,000 RPM peak), providing stable mating shaft alignment in industrial motion control systems with servo, clamping, or square flange compatibility.
