The Dynapar AR63/G090FQ.96AVB-Y0 is a rugged magnetic absolute encoder designed for demanding industrial environments requiring position and speed feedback over extended temperature and pressure ranges. With 12-bit single-turn resolution (4096 steps per 360°) and contactless 16-bit multi-turn capability powered without batteries or moving parts, this encoder delivers reliable absolute position data in harsh conditions. The compact 58 mm stainless steel housing achieves IP69K submersibility, operates continuously from ?40°C to +100°C, and withstands shock loads of 2000 m/s² and vibration up to 200 m/s², making it suitable for wind turbines, marine systems, heavy machinery, and processing equipment.
The encoder supports multiple industrial communication protocolsSSI, BiSS, CANopen, and analog 010 V or 420 mA outputswith DC 1030 V supply voltage flexibility. Its generously dimensioned ball bearings enable sustained operation at maximum 5000 rpm and mechanical life exceeding 10? rotations under simultaneous 200 N radial and axial loads. The 32 mm mounting depth and available M12 connector or radial cable connection facilitate flexible integration into confined spaces.
