The AR63 is a robust magnetic absolute rotary encoder engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring high reliability in harsh environments. This unit features a 360° measuring range with 12-bit single-turn resolution (4,096 steps per revolution), delivering ±1° absolute accuracy and ±0.2° repeatability. The analog output interface provides 420 mA current-loop signaling, compatible with standard industrial control systems and PLC inputs. Supply voltage is DC 1730 V (+10%), supporting continuous operation to 1,500 rpm (5,000 rpm short-term capability).
Mechanically, the encoder houses a 10 mm stainless steel shaft with clamping flange (M4×5) mounting and radial cable connection. Oversized ball bearings enable sustained axial and radial loads up to 300 N each, with a mechanical life exceeding 10? rotations under combined loading.
