The Dynapar G0541066 (AC36/0019AR.41BIB) is a Series 54Z magnetic pickup sensor designed for reliable speed sensing and parts counting in harsh environments, including wet, dirty, and high-temperature conditions up to +105°C. It operates over a wide air gap of 0.005 to 0.030 inches with ferrous targets such as gear teeth, slotted discs, or keyways, achieving speeds from zero to 20 kHz (20,000 targets per second maximum). Electrical specifications include 5-18 VDC supply at 10 mA maximum, with open collector NPN current sink output (0.9 mA at Vcc-2V), unidirectional signal via color-coded cable (red power, white signal, black common), and 303 stainless steel construction with 10-foot PVC-insulated cable.
