The Dynapar HS35iQ PROGR83P2PR1 is a hollow-shaft incremental optical encoder featuring PulseIQ Technology for programmable resolution up to 20,000 PPR (factory default 1,024 PPR), two-channel quadrature (A/B) outputs with optional index (Z), and fault forewarning via color-coded LEDs and digital fault output (TTL/HTL, active low). It operates on 5-26 VDC input, delivers squarewave signals with <1 µs rise/fall times into 1000 pF load and 200 kHz frequency response, and provides real-time diagnostics for issues including low voltage, cable integrity (7272 line driver), shaft slip, overspeed, over/under temperature, and signal quality. Designed for industrial duty with IP67 enclosure (IP64 at >5000 RPM), -40 to +100°C storage temperature, 400G shock, 20G vibration (5-3000 Hz), and EN61326-1 noise immunity, it supports reverse polarity/short circuit protection (with 7272/7273 drivers) in applications like factory automation, elevators, and off-highway vehicles.
