The Dynapar G0522081 (RI58-O/1000EQ.46KB) is an incremental optical rotary encoder from the RI58-O series, delivering 1000 pulses per revolution (PPR) with quadrature (A, B) and complementary outputs, plus RS422 interface and alarm functionality. It operates on 10-30 VDC supply, supports maximum shaft speeds up to 10,000 RPM, and features high signal accuracy with square wave outputs at up to 300 kHz frequency response. Designed for industrial applications including machine tools, CNC axes, motors/drives, packaging, and injection molding machines, it offers IP64/IP65/IP67 protection, -10°C to +70°C operating temperature range, shock resistance to 1000 m/s², and mounting via square flanges (63.5 mm or 80 mm) with 10 mm shaft; connections include M23 or M12 connectors.
