The Dynapar G0522394 (Hengstler RI58-O/1000ES.41KG) is an optical incremental rotary encoder from the RI58-O series, delivering 1000 pulses per revolution with high signal accuracy and a 58 mm aluminum housing diameter. It features an M23 connector (12-pole, counterclockwise, axial), solid shaft configuration suitable for industrial mounting (synchro or clamping flange options), IP64/IP67 protection, and shock resistance up to 1000 m/s² (6 ms), with operating temperature from -10 °C to +70 °C and maximum shaft speed of 10,000 rpm. Designed for demanding applications including machine tools, CNC axes, packaging machines, motors/drives, injection molding, and sawing equipment, it supports shaft diameters from 6-12 mm with axial/radial load capacities up to 80 N/60 N (depending on size).
