The Dynapar G0522831 (RI58-O/10EQ.46KXS) is an incremental optical rotary encoder from the Hengstler RI58-O series, featuring a 58 mm aluminum housing with square flange mounting options (63.5 x 63.5 mm or 80 x 80 mm) and a 10 mm shaft. It delivers high signal accuracy with up to 40,000 steps (10,000 pulses per revolution), RS422 output including alarm functionality, and supports pulse frequencies up to 300 kHz, with protection up to IP67 and shock resistance of 1000 m/s². Suitable for demanding applications such as machine tools, CNC axes, motors/drives, packaging, and injection molding machines, it operates from -10°C to +70°C with supply voltages of 5-30 VDC and features flexible connections like M23 or M12 connectors or radial/axial cables.
