The Dynapar RI58-O/8192AK.42RH is a compact 58mm incremental rotary encoder designed for demanding industrial motion control applications. With 8,192 pulses per revolution and RS422 differential output, this encoder delivers high signal accuracy and reliable position feedback for CNC machine tools, packaging equipment, injection molding machines, and motor drive systems. The solid aluminum housing provides IP64 protection as standard, with IP65 and IP67 variants available, while operating reliably across the -10°C to +70°C temperature range. Starting torque is minimal (?0.5 Ncm), and the encoder accommodates multiple shaft diameters (6mm to 12mm) and flange configurations, making it suitable for integration into a wide range of mechanical assemblies. The unit withstands high shock loads (1000 m/s² per DIN EN 60068-2-27) and supports a 5V DC supply with switching frequencies up to 300 kHz.
