The Dynapar RI76TD/1024AD.4X20RF-S is a compact incremental rotary encoder designed for high-precision feedback in industrial drive and motion control applications. With 1024 pulses per revolution resolution, a 76 mm aluminum housing, and accommodating hollow shaft diameters from 15 to 42 mm, this encoder delivers reliable position and speed feedback in motors, printing machinery, lifts, and comparable equipment. The unit operates across an extended temperature range of -25°C to +100°C and is rated for significant mechanical stress, including 10 g vibration and 100 g shock resistance per DIN EN standards. Clamping ring mounting at either flange or cap side simplifies installation in space-constrained environments. The encoder supports RS422 or push-pull output protocols with configurable alarm outputs and operates at maximum speeds up to 6000 rpm (depending on shaft diameter and protection class).
