The Dynapar G0533271 (RI76TD/500ED.4A25KF-F0) is a high-resolution incremental rotary encoder from the Hengstler RI76TD series, featuring a 500 pulses per revolution (PPR) output, through hollow shaft accommodating diameters from 15 to 42 mm, and an outer diameter of 76 mm for compact integration. It supports push-pull (K) output with A, B, N channels, operates on 5 VDC ±10% supply (RS422 + Sense compatible), and handles operating temperatures from -25°C to +100°C with vibration resistance up to 10 g (10-2000 Hz) and shock up to 100 g (6 ms). Mounting options include flexible hubshaft with tether (A coupling, ±0.15 mm concentricity) or rigid stator coupling, suitable for demanding applications such as motors, printing machines, and lifts, with max speeds up to 6000 rpm (IP40) or 3600/1800 rpm (IP64 at 70°C depending on shaft size).
