The PLIO03 I/O module provides extensive local I/O expansion for EXOR HMI and gateway devices. This comprehensive plug-in includes 20 digital inputs (24VDC), 12 digital outputs (24VDC, 0.5A), 8 programmable analog inputs, 4 programmable analog outputs, and 1 PT100 temperature input - all in a single compact module. The digital inputs monitor switches, sensors, and discrete signals while the digital outputs control solenoids, indicators, and other devices directly from the HMI or edge gateway. Programmable analog inputs accept voltage or current signals from sensors and transmitters. Programmable analog outputs provide control signals to VFDs, valves, and process equipment. PT100 input enables direct temperature measurement. Installs easily in expansion slots on Series 700, Marine Harsh, Food & Beverage, and eXWARE devices. CE, DNV, cULus Class I Div 2, and IECEx certifications make it suitable for diverse applications including hazardous locations. Configured through JMobile Studio or CODESYS programming.
