Description

The Horner Automation HE-XPLWE5-442 is a 7-inch XLW Prime all-in-one OCS (operator control station) configured with Enhanced IEC license preloaded, combining PLC logic, HMI, I/O, and networking in a single panel-mount unit. This model provides 12 DC inputs, 12 DC outputs, 2 x 14/16-bit universal analog inputs (mA/V/Tc/mV/RTD), 2 x 12-bit analog outputs. The XLW Prime runs a 1 MB logic engine at a 0.02 mS/K scan on a non-volatile system-on-module, so the only battery is a coin cell for the clock.

Direct successor to the discontinued HE-EXLWE5-442. Existing Cscape applications transfer to the XLW Prime without redevelopment.
