The SMC KQ2ZT11-36S KQ2 Series Inch-size One-touch Fittings are designed for versatile and efficient pneumatic connections. The fittings offer two types of thread material and surface treatment options: untreated brass or brass with electroless nickel plating, providing durability and corrosion resistance.
These fittings accommodate a wide range of tubing sizes, both circular and oval, in metric and inch measurements. Circular tubing options include metric sizes of 2, 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16, as well as inch sizes of 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". Oval tubing options are available in metric sizes of 3.2, 4, and 6, and inch sizes of 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16".
The connection threads are versatile, supporting metric (M3, M5, M6), R, Rc (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), G (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), NPT (10-32UNF, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2), and Uni (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2) standards.
