The Leuze BCB G30 H47 L030 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in automated systems, featuring a 30 mm grid dimension and 47 mm tape height with a 30 m length. It provides high reliability through moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface. Compatible with Leuze BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS positioning systems, it operates in ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C after 72-hour curing, with processing recommended at 1025 °C.
