Leuze BCB G30 H47 ML D marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm height by 30 mm length with a 30 mm grid dimension and DD1 barcode encoding, produced via digital printing on polyester with a matte surface protection. They utilize a 0.1 mm thick acrylate adhesive suitable for clean, dry, grease-free, and smooth surfaces, offering moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, plus compatibility with diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit after 72-hour curing. Operational temperature range is -40 to 120 °C, with processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C), and additional resistance to humidity and salt spray fog (150 h/5%). These labels support identification and positioning applications in industrial environments, classified under ECLASS 27280192 and ETIM EC003015.
