Leuze BCB G40 H47 L200 bar code tape is a standard tape designed for the BPS 300i series bar code positioning system, featuring a 40 mm grid dimension and dimensions of 47 mm height by 200 m length. It offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, transformer oil, white spirit at 23 °C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, with an acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth base surface. The polyester matt surface protection supports operational temperatures from -40 to 120 °C, processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C), and 72-hour curing, making it suitable for demanding industrial positioning applications such as material handling and automation systems.
