Leuze BCB G40 H47 ML C marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm height x 40 mm length with a 40 mm grid dimension and CC1 encoding, produced via digital printing on polyester with matte surface protection. They utilize 0.1 mm thick acrylate adhesive requiring a clean, dry, grease-free, and smooth base surface, with full curing in 72 hours at recommended processing temperatures of 1025 °C (range 045 °C). Rated for -40 to 120 °C operating temperature, these labels offer resistance to moisture, partial chemicals (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratching, UV light, wiping, humidity, and salt spray fog (150 h/5%). Suitable for industrial identification in harsh environments, they adhere to ECLASS 27280192 and ETIM EC003015 classifications.
