The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-U2-102-R3 is a stationary 2D code reader equipped with a monochrome CMOS camera (1280 x 960 px resolution, 0.0685 ms electronic shutter) and red LED illumination, optimized for reading 1D, stacked, and 2D codes (e.g., Data Matrix, QR, Code 128) at distances of 4075 mm with modulus sizes 0.10.25 mm. It operates on 1830 V DC with 8 W average consumption, features polarity reversal and short-circuit protection, one digital switching input, one MOSFET output (100 mA max, +24 V switching), and 2 selectable I/O; interfaces include Ethernet (10/100 Mbit/s, TCP/IP, UDP), RS 232/422. The cubic metal/plastic housing (43 x 61 x 44 mm, 120 g, IP65, 050 °C operation) supports M12 connections (12-pin A-coded for power/I/O/serial, 4-pin D-coded for Ethernet), mounting threads, 10 LEDs, buttons for teach-in/auto-setup, and web-based configuration; c UL US approved, EMC per EN 61000-6-2/4.
