The Leuze DCR 258i FIX-L1-102-R3-H is a stationary 2D code reader from the DCR 200i series, featuring a CMOS global shutter imager for reliable reading of 1D and 2D codes including 2/5 Interleaved, Aztec, Codabar, Code 39/93/128, Data Matrix, EAN 8/13/128, and GS1 Databar variants. It offers a reading distance of 50800 mm with red LED illumination and 1280 x 960 pixel resolution, housed in a compact metal cubic enclosure measuring 43 x 61 x 44 mm with IP65 protection and integrated heating for harsh environments. Connectivity includes M12 connectors (A-coded 12-pin for power/RS232/RS422/switching I/O, D-coded 4-pin for Ethernet), supporting protocols like PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and TCP/IP, with four programmable switching inputs/outputs and webConfig tool for parameter setup. Suitable for industrial automation, traceability in manufacturing, and conveyor applications up to 2 m/s.
