The Patlite CLA6-02JSN-Y is a 600mm hygienic LED work light from the CLA-02 series, engineered for control panels, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical facilities, and semiconductor cleanrooms where washdown durability and clean-surface design are mandatory. The seamless milky-white polycarbonate housing delivers uniform amber illumination across a 120° area, with a 65% luminous flux increase and 71% illuminance increase compared to prior CLA-A models. Rated IP66/IP67/IP69K with verified resistance to high-pressure/high-temperature washdown up to 80°C, hydrogen peroxide spray sterilization, and common alkaline, acidic, chlorine-based, and neutral cleaning agents (Topaz MD6, Topactive 500, P3-Topax 66, Topactive OKTO, P3-Topax 990 all tested with the SUS SZW-304 bracket). The unit has passed ECOLAB evaluation testing and operates from 40°C to +60°C, making it compatible with cold storage and deep-clean environments. Connection is via a pre-wired cable, allowing rapid installation and reducing wiring errors. The amber variant is optimized for semiconductor photolithography with a 590 nm peak wavelength and negligible blue-light output (430490 nm), suitable for yellow-room lithography areas. Includes one pair of SZW-301 rear screw-mount polycarbonate brackets. 24V DC input, CE and RoHS compliant.
