Description
The Patlite LKEH-402FVUL-RYGB is a 4-tier Ø100mm LED signal tower paired with a high-output MP3 voice annunciator horn, built to combine long-range visual warning with clear spoken alerts on large machinery and production lines. The integrated horn delivers up to 105dB at 1 meter with rotating-knob volume control, 5-channel bit input or 31-channel binary input, and up to 63 seconds of total audio capacity at 64kbps/44.1kHz MP3. Field-programmable via SD card (SDV-2GP, sold separately), the LKEH-FV lets maintenance teams update messages without replacing hardware. The 4-tier ultra-bright LED head stacks Red, Amber, Green, and Blue from top to bottom for unambiguous status communication, driven by NPN open-collector inputs with a single common wire for both LED and audio signals. Rated IP53 and built on a 2G vibration-resistant platform, it carries UL Listing for 24V DC applications, CE compliance, and RoHS conformance. Typical uses include automated assembly, packaging, material handling, and any environment where a loud, programmable voice message needs to travel further than a standard buzzer.
