The SensoPart V10-OB-A3-I-N-M2-L VISOR® V10 Object, Advanced is a high-performance vision sensor designed for precise object detection and inspection tasks. Equipped with advanced features, it supports up to 255 jobs, each with 255 detectors, ensuring versatile application capabilities. The sensor utilizes monochrome CMOS imaging technology with an SVGA resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, providing clear and detailed images.
The VISOR V10 is equipped with infrared LED illumination at a wavelength of 850 nm, ensuring optimal performance in various lighting conditions while maintaining a low risk category (RG 0) as per EN 62471 standards. Its narrow field of view, with a focal length of 20.0 mm and an opening angle of 10.0°, allows for precise targeting and inspection within a minimum field of view of 14 x 11 mm.
The motorized focus drive ensures quick and accurate adjustments, enhancing the sensor's adaptability to different inspection scenarios. The integrated target laser, operating at 655 nm, aids in precise alignment and positioning, classified as Laser Class 1 according to IEC 60825-1 standards.
