The SensoPart V10C-OB-S3-W-M-M2 VISOR® V10 Object Color sensor is a versatile and high-performance solution for object detection and color recognition tasks. Equipped with a color image chip and LED white illumination, it offers a medium field of view with a motorized focus for precise adjustments. The sensor supports up to 32 jobs, each with 32 detectors, making it ideal for complex applications. It features a LAN interface with EIP and PROFINET compatibility for seamless integration into industrial networks.
The sensor's SVGA resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, combined with CMOS imaging chip technology, ensures high-quality image capture. With a sensor size of 1/3.6" and a pixel size of 4.80 µm, it delivers detailed and accurate results. The medium field of view, with a focal length of 9.6 mm and an opening angle of 24.0°, allows for effective monitoring of objects within a minimum field of view of 7 x 5 mm.
Designed with safety in mind, the LED light source falls under risk category 1 according to EN 62471 standards, ensuring safe operation. The sensor's motorized focus drive and standard depth of field provide flexibility and ease of use in various environments.
