The SMC 10-IR3120-04 is a clean room specification precision regulator from the IR3000 series with 1/2" ports. The IR3000 is the largest body in SMC's precision regulator family, providing the highest flow capacity for applications requiring both precise pressure control and high air volume delivery in clean room environments.
The IR3000 series maintains set pressure accuracy within ±0.2% of full scale across a 0.005 to 0.8 MPa range, with a relieving function to bleed excess downstream pressure. The large 1/2" ports and high Cv value make this regulator suitable for supplying multiple downstream devices, high-flow actuators, or entire pneumatic subsystems where the smaller IR1000 and IR2000 cannot deliver sufficient volume without excessive pressure drop. Typical applications include clean room main supply regulation, multi-station pneumatic distribution panels, and high-flow process gas control.
The IR3120-04 is the high-flow counterpart to the compact IR1020 and mid-size IR2020. For smaller port sizes in the IR3000 body, IR3120-02 (1/4") and IR3120-03 (3/8") reduce connection size. For panel mounting, add the B (bracket) suffix. For gauge port options, specify the G suffix.
