The SMC 11-LEFG32-S-300 is a clean room specification electric actuator from the LEFG series with 32mm width and 300mm stroke. The 32mm width provides double the cross-section of the LEFG16, significantly increasing load capacity and moment resistance.
The 300mm stroke is six times the travel of the LEFG16-S-50, opening applications requiring extended linear motion with precision positioning. The LEFG32 handles heavier payloads and longer moment arms, making it suitable for clean room material transfer between widely spaced stations, extended-range inspection scanning, long-stroke dispensing operations, and programmable conveyor-to-fixture transfer movements. The electric drive provides fully programmable speed, acceleration, and multi-point positioning throughout the 300mm travel.
The LEFG32-S-300 is the mid-range LEFG for medium-duty extended-stroke clean room positioning. For lighter loads at shorter strokes, the LEFG16-S-50 provides a compact option. For the largest LEFG with maximum load capacity, the LEFG40 provides 40mm width. For even longer strokes or higher force, the LEFS ball screw series provides enhanced precision and thrust force. For simple two-position actuation over 300mm, a pneumatic CG1 or CM2 cylinder provides lower cost without programmability. Requires compatible motor controller. Clean series (11-). RoHS compliant.
