The SMC 13-MXS6L-20A-M9PVSAPC is a clean room specification air slide table from the MXS series with 6mm bore, L-type body, and complete NPN auto-switch assembly at 20mm stroke. Part number decoded: MXS = MXS series, 6 = 6mm bore, L = L-type body, 20 = 20mm stroke, A = A-port, M9PVSAPC = complete NPN auto-switch assembly (M9P NPN, V voltage, S mount, A adjustment, PC pre-configured cable).

The 20mm stroke provides double the travel of the 10mm MXS6L variants, extending the micro-slide's reach. The M9PV complete assembly provides the highest level of installation readiness with pre-terminated cables and connectors for plug-and-play PLC connection. At 6mm bore with 20mm stroke and complete sensing, this provides a versatile micro-slide for clean room applications requiring slightly more travel than the 10mm options.

The MXS6L-20A-M9PVSAPC provides the complete 20mm micro-slide. For 10mm stroke with complete assembly, the MXS6L-10AS-M9PWSDPC provides the shortest option. For base units without assembly, the MXS6L-10AT provides the economy entry. For the standard body (non-L) at 6mm bore, the MXS6-20A-A90L provides an alternative. Clean series (13-) fluorine grease.
