The SMC AFF80D-14-H-B AFF Series Main Line Filter is designed to enhance the purity of compressed air, adhering to ISO 8573 standards. This advanced filter significantly boosts air flow capacity by reducing pressure drop, contributing to energy savings. With a flow capacity of 14.5 m3/min (ANR), it offers up to a 20% increase compared to previous models, maintaining a pressure drop of 5 kPa or less. The filter is remarkably lightweight, with a maximum weight reduction of 52% (from 10.5kg to 5.0kg), thanks to its thinner stainless steel bowl. Its space-saving design simplifies piping work, eliminating the need for a separate water separator (AMG series) by effectively removing both water droplets and solid particles. The AFF series also features an easy element replacement process and a stopper function to prevent the bowl from falling, ensuring both efficiency and safety in operation.
