The SMC CDQ2A80-100DZ-M9BV CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features newly added sizes of 4, 6, and 10, expanding its lineup from 4 to 200. Designed with a compact body, it allows for efficient use of space while maintaining high performance. The cylinder is equipped with the capability to mount small auto switches on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25, ensuring no projection of the auto switch.
This model is lighter in weight, offering a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the existing CQ2 series, making it easier to handle and install. It also includes added pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets, providing flexibility in mounting options. Part numbers with rod end bracket and/or mounting bolt are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder. Additionally, the cylinder comes with an auto switch, compatible with Series CDQ2 models such as CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, ensuring seamless integration into your system.
