The SMC LEY16DAC-100M-R56N5D is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it ideal for applications requiring the actuator to hold a position against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, although some models have been discontinued. The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option, offering high output (100/200/400 W) and improved high-speed transfer ability, with high acceleration compatibility up to 5,000 mm/S². It features a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, maintaining the same high positioning repeatability and IP65 protection. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), and others, with some models also discontinued.
