The SMC LEY16DAC-150W is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch installation and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also includes an AC servo motor option, delivering high output with 100/200/400 W power and enhanced high-speed transfer capabilities. It supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S² and features a pulse input type with an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. Compatible with a range of controllers and drivers, including JXC51, JXC61, and LECSA, this actuator is ideal for applications requiring reliable and repeatable performance.
