The SMC LEY25B-400-S1AP1 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor features a servo motor operating at 24 VDC, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It supports direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types, providing flexibility in installation. The actuator is equipped with an auto switch for enhanced functionality and allows for speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, making it possible to hold the actuator with the rod pushing against a workpiece. With a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less, it ensures high precision in operations. The actuator is built to withstand challenging environments with its dust and drip-proof IP65 specification. It is compatible with a range of controllers, including JXC51, JXC61, and others, although some models have been discontinued. The LEY Series also includes a high output AC servo motor option, available in 100/200/400 W, which enhances high-speed transfer ability and supports high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². This version includes a pulse input type and an internal absolute encoder, maintaining the same high positioning repeatability and IP65 protection. Compatible drivers include LECSA, LECSB(-T), and others, with some models also discontinued.
