The SMC LEY32DB-200-R3 is a versatile electric actuator from the LEY Series, designed for precision and efficiency. This rod type step motor operates on a 24 VDC servo motor, offering a long stroke capability of up to 500 mm. It features flexible mounting options with direct mounting in three directions and bracket mounting in three types. The actuator supports auto switch mounting and provides advanced speed control and positioning with a maximum of 64 points. Users can choose between positioning or pushing control, with the ability to hold the actuator in place while the rod pushes against a workpiece. It boasts a high positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm or less and is built to withstand harsh environments with its IP65 dust and drip-proof specification.
The LEY Series also includes a high output AC servo motor available in 100, 200, or 400 W, enhancing high-speed transfer capabilities and supporting high acceleration up to 5,000 mm/S². It features a pulse input type and comes with an internal absolute encoder for precise operations. Compatible with a range of controllers and drivers, including JXC51, JXC61, and LECSA, this actuator is ideal for applications requiring reliable and repeatable positioning. Note that some compatible controllers and drivers have been discontinued, so please verify compatibility with your existing systems.
