The SMC ZPR02UUJ15-06-A8 is an ultra-miniature flat type vacuum pad from the ZP series, featuring the smallest available 2mm pad diameter with urethane rubber construction, lateral vacuum entry, and 15mm buffer stroke with J-type soft spring. This is a specialty micro-handling pad designed for picking and placing extremely small components in semiconductor die bonding, MEMS device assembly, micro-optics placement, and precision medical device manufacturing where component dimensions are measured in single-digit millimeters.

How small a component can a 2mm vacuum pad handle? A 2mm pad can reliably grip flat components as small as 2.5mm x 2.5mm, including bare semiconductor die, micro-LEDs, tiny SMD (surface mount device) components, watch parts, and miniature medical implant components.
