WAGO PFC100 Controllers - Compact
Where the PFC100 Is Used
The PFC100 is built for Ethernet-based control across a wide range of industries:
- Industrial and mechanical engineering - packaging, bottling, and manufacturing lines; textile, metal, and woodworking machinery.
- Process automation - field-signal processing in chemical, energy, gas, and oil plants, including Zone 2 installations with intrinsically safe I/O.
- Energy grids and telecontrol - remote monitoring and control of generation and distribution assets.
- Building automation - HVAC, lighting, and facility control with HTML5 web visualization.
Programmed in CODESYS, Powered by Linux
All WAGO controllers run on the CODESYS V3.5 industry standard, so you can develop in any IEC 61131-3 language (ST, FBD, LD, IL, SFC, CFC) and reuse existing programs without relearning the environment. Object-oriented programming and modern HTML5 visualization are built in. For teams that want full control, the PFC100 also runs a real-time Embedded Linux that accepts open-source packages and external CODESYS libraries directly in the base image.
Built for the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750/753
The PFC100 is the head of a fully modular I/O system. It supports the complete range of digital, analog, and specialty modules in the 750 and 753 Series - more than 500 modules in total - so you can wire sensors and actuators directly and scale from a single machine to an entire plant. Easily exchangeable I/O components keep installation times short and reduce wiring errors.
Cybersecurity Built In
Connecting control systems to the internet raises the attack surface. The PFC100 includes SSL/TLS encryption, SSH, VPN, and a firewall so you can establish secure remote links straight from the controller and limit the impact of an attack on your machines and systems.
