The Datasensing AA1/AN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors feature a compact Ø3mm design, making them ideal for tight spaces. With an IP67 protection rating, they are built to withstand harsh environments. The sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.48mm, with a standard target size of 3x3mm FE360. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and provide a switching frequency of 3kHz. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. They feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The housing is made from AISI 303 stainless steel, and the active head is constructed from PBT, offering robustness and longevity.
