Datasensing AA1/AN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AA1/AN-3A Sensors are a complete range of cylindrical ultraminiaturized inductive sensors with a diameter of Ø3mm, designed for precision and reliability. These sensors offer an IP67 protection degree, ensuring durability in various environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 1mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.81mm, they are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy. The standard target size is 3x3mm FE360, and they feature a correction factor for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, these sensors have an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 3.5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.5V at 100mA, and they feature a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. A yellow LED indicator displays the output state, and the sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of Ø3mm and a length of 22mm, and weigh 30g. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, they are built to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for connections and are CE and UL approved, ensuring compliance with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, making them a robust choice for industrial applications.
