Datasensing AA1/CN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AA1/CN-3A Sensors are ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.81mm, these sensors are perfect for detecting standard targets of 3x3mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.33 ± 10%), aluminium (0.29 ± 10%), brass (0.35 ± 10%), and stainless steel (0.71 ± 10%). The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift of Sr (< 10%) and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, the AA1/CN-3A sensors have an NPN output type with a normally closed (NC) output function and a switching frequency of 3.5kHz. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors ensure low leakage current (? 10?A) and a minimal output voltage drop (? 1.5V @100mA). Built with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity. They are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state and offer comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The AA1/CN-3A sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 protection degree, operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, and compliance with EMC standards (IEC 60947-5-2). They are also approved by CE and UL, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
