The Datasensing AC1/CP-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a 360° visible yellow output LED for easy status monitoring. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8 mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65 mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. The sensors are available in models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, providing flexibility in installation.
With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, ensuring durability and longevity. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors feature a PNP output type with an NC output function, and a high switching frequency of 5kHz for rapid response.
Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors are shielded for mounting, with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head material. They are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, and are CE cULus approved with EMC compatibility to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors also meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
