The Datasensing AD1/CN-3A Sensors are compact inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 5x5mm FE360. The sensors feature a robust stainless steel housing and are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and support a load current of up to 100mA, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA.
The AD1/CN-3A Sensors are designed with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are shielded for mounting and have a high switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
With a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are also compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
Supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure mounting, the Datasensing AD1/CN-3A Sensors are an excellent choice for applications requiring reliable proximity detection in compact spaces.
